This Community Garden is located in a City of Houston public park, “Independence Heights Park.”
(The total renovation of this garden project was completed in May 2014)
ECOTONE was responsible for total a makeover renovation of an existing, failed garden. Our project plan included: Team Planning and Resourcing, Garden Design Concept and Elevation, Construction Day Management, Planting and Implementation and future Programming Projections of the garden’s activities and community function.
We were thrilled to be invited to undertake this restorative project in an officially marked Historic Community of The City of Houston. This was our 3rd urban community garden project!
