Twenty-four KIPP Academy students from Southwest Houston joined our Cooking Camp for a “5 Day Cooking Intensive.” Kicking off in July 2019, we took them from safety and sanitation practice; to trekking through their neighbor church’s community garden; to a private restaurant experience and finally preparing a spaghetti luncheon for their family members.
